Medical & training disclaimer
The information on truntrails.com and in the T-RUN books is based on the author’s personal experience of trail running and is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.
It is not medical advice and should not be considered a substitute for advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.
Trail running and physical training involve inherent risks. Individual health, fitness, experience and circumstances vary.
Before beginning or substantially changing an exercise or training program, particularly if you have an existing medical condition, injury or health concern, seek appropriate professional advice.
The techniques, training approaches and practices described on this website and in the T-RUN books should be adapted to your own abilities, experience, terrain and conditions.
Stop exercising and seek appropriate medical attention if you experience symptoms that concern you.
Routes and GPX files
Route descriptions, maps and GPX files reflect the trails as they were when I ran them. Trails change: paths close or are diverted, signs move, and weather and the seasons change the ground underfoot.
Use them as a guide, not a guarantee. Follow local signs and closures, check conditions before you set out, carry what you need, and turn back when it’s right to. You are responsible for your own safety and navigation.
Responsibility
The author and publisher accept no responsibility for injury, loss or damage arising from the application of information contained on this website or in the T-RUN books.
